Sales Development Representative (Remote – Market : GCC)

We're hiring a tech-savvy, self-driven SDR who thrives in a fast-paced remote setup.

(not Country restricted, position can also be on site in Riyad, KSA or Dubai, UAE)

Your role: identify and engage decision-makers, manage inbound/outbound outreach, and generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.

What You’ll Do :

• Generate leads for AEs and Sales Managers
• Handle inbound interest & outbound prospecting
• Build rapport with decision-makers
• Keep HubSpot CRM updated and clean
• Hit monthly quotas of qualified opps

What You Bring

• 1–2 years in sales/lead gen
• Bachelor’s degree (Business or similar)
• Fluent in English + Arabic (GCC) (+more languages is a plus)
• Online cold calling experience (dialers)
• HubSpot CRM experience is a MUST
• Organized, responsive, and proactive

Remote Setup Must-Haves

• Quiet, stable work environment
• Strong internet, good computer/audio setup
• Comfortable working independently — no micromanagement
• Able to navigate chaos and help build the engine as it runs 🚀
