About the role:
We seek a strategic Creative Content Lead to drive our content strategy, oversee content creation, and ensure brand consistency across our website. This role requires a mix of storytelling, video editing, graphic design expertise, and leadership skills to manage a team of writers, designers, and video editors.
What will you do:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and video editors, ensuring they are effectively managing the creation of designs copies and videos for the products. Provide guidance, feedback, and training to enhance team performance.
- Oversee the creation of product carousel with high-quality content, including Designs, videos, and copies ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and optimized for the website, as well as completed within the required SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to the stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve content-related issues rapidly, collaborating with partners and internal teams (account managers, operations, tech support) to provide quick and effective solutions.
- Website merchandising: Update and maintain the website home page based on partner requests or internal standards, ensuring the information reflects the latest offerings, pricing, and availability
- Ensure all content follows SEO best practices and is optimized to match the search engine results.
- Conduct audience research to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and valuable, to minimize errors and improve overall content standards.
- Work on projects with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging.
- Manage external freelancers or agencies when necessary.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and content marketing innovations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for content-related inquiries and escalations from partners and internal teams. Maintain clear, professional, and proactive communication channels.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding and content management processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and partner experience.
- Track team performance metrics, report on key achievements, and analyze data to drive continuous improvement. Set goals and KPIs for the team, aligning with company objectives.
- Stay present and actively involved in day-to-day operations, anticipating potential issues and taking the initiative to address them before they impact the partner experience.
What will Make Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in content management systems, project management tools, and basic data analysis.
