Position Overview:
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team’s efficiency and ensuring smooth operations between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales analytics, operations, and tech-enabled business processes. You’ll learn how technology, data, and process optimization drive growth in a B2B marketplace..
What You will do (Responsibilities) :
- Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including quotation creation, pricing updates, and order follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable).
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensuring their product catalogs are properly uploaded to the platform.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports (sales volume, conversion rates, order fulfillment, etc.).
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor lead pipeline and help track progress across different sales stages.
- Contribute ideas to improve internal tools, dashboards, and processes.
- Support pricing and margin analysis for different material categories.

Who You are (Qualifications) :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Eagerness to learn CRM tools and business automation systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
