What You will do (Responsibilities) :
- Build, test, and deploy AI agents across Finance, Credit, Procurement, and Operations.
- Convert business workflows into production-grade models and automated pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs with internal systems and data sources.
- Work with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable efficiency gains, accuracy improvements, and adoption.
- Maintain model quality, observability, and versioning.
- Ensure compliance with PDPL and internal security standards.
Who You are (Qualifications) :
* Strong Python
* Experience with LLMs and vector stores
* Experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering
* Building and deploying AI services on cloud platforms
* Strong data skills
* Knowledge of workflow automation
* API design and integration
* Understanding of security, PDPL, and responsible AI handling
* Python, FastAPI, LangChain, Vertex AI or OpenAI APIs, Pinecone or equivalent vector DB, PostgreSQL, GitHub, Docker, Terraform, n8n or similar workflow tools, basic GCP or AWS services for deployment and monitoring
