As we scale our technology team, we are looking for a Backend Engineer to build and optimize high-performance services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to streamline and automate our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and security processes. You will work closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of our fintech applications running on AWS and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

• Manage and optimize AWS and GCP infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.

• Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

• Monitor and optimize system performance using Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

• Implement security best practices, including IAM roles, VPC configurations, and encryption.

• Work with Docker and Kubernetes to orchestrate containerized applications.

• Optimize database performance and backup strategies for MySQL and DynamoDB.

• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system scalability and fault tolerance.

• Ensure compliance with SAMA, UAE Central Bank, and other fintech regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability engineering.

• Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS and GCP services.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• CI/CD Pipelines: Expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or ArgoCD.

• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.

• Security & Compliance: Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements for fintech applications.

• Scripting & Automation: Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

• Networking: Experience with VPCs, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS configurations.
