About ClearGrid

ClearGrid is revolutionizing the debt resolution industry with cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics. We leverage real-time data, machine learning, and automation to optimize debt recovery for financial institutions. As we scale our technology team, we are looking for a Data Product Manager to own business reporting, insights, and data products across the company.

About the role

As our first Data Product Manager, you'll own business reporting, insights, and data products across ClearGrid. You'll build the reporting processes, products, and standards that help every team make faster, better decisions with trusted data, and shape how data drives the business as we scale.

The scope spans running and standardizing our reporting today and building new data products on Command, our collections platform. You'll work within the product team and partner closely with analytics, operations, engineering, finance, and the founders' office.

What you'll own

  • Own and evolve the data product roadmap: set the direction, align stakeholders across the business, and deliver against it.

  • Be the go-to partner for data and reporting: run the intake process for business reporting so teams can get trusted answers, fast.

  • Define and standardize analytics metrics across products and business lines, creating one trusted standard org-wide.

  • Run business reporting for operations, including agent analytics, product usage, resource planning, and performance reporting.

  • Scope, build, and drive adoption of AI scoring and prediction models, starting with borrower scoring.

  • Build data products and features on Command, our collections platform.

  • Own client reporting and dashboards.

The outcome you'll own: make trusted, self-serve reporting the default across ClearGrid, giving every team one reliable place to find the data that drives decisions.

What we're looking for

  • 4 to 6 years of product management experience (minimum 4), currently operating at a mid-level PM capacity or above.

  • A track record building a data product from 0 to 1, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, collections, or analytics.

  • Hands-on fluency with BI and data visualization tools is required; Tableau experience is preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to turn complex data into clear, trusted answers stakeholders can act on.

  • Systems thinking, strong ownership, and the confidence to hold a well-reasoned point of view rather than being easily swayed.

  • An AI-native, automation-first, hands-on, and proactive way of working.

  • A Master's degree in a data-related field is preferred.

Why you'll love this role

This is a rare chance to shape a new area of the business from the start. You'll build the systems and standards for how a fast-growing fintech uses data, own real outcomes, and see your work shape decisions across the company. If that's the kind of ownership you're looking for, you'll thrive here.
