Who We Are
ClearGrid is an AI-driven fintech transforming debt collection and resolution across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We pair a licensed collections agency with Command, a platform that lets lenders run compliant, first-party collections, and we’re building the category from the ground up in a market where it barely exists yet.
About the Role
As Strategy Analyst in the Founder’s Office, you own ClearGrid’s strategic analysis: pricing, market research, competitive intelligence, and the insight work behind board, investor, and client meetings. You work across every department, with access to all of our data and every member of the leadership team. Your job is to answer the questions no single team has time to chase - why performance moved, which clients we should be selling more to, whether a market is worth entering, and turn the answers into recommendations leadership can act on. You report directly to the founder, based in our Dubai office.
What You’ll Own
Strategic business intelligence: pricing analysis, market and expansion research, and competitive landscaping.
The “why” behind business performance: our data team builds the dashboards and answers “what happened”; you dig into the numbers, call recordings, and conversations with teams to explain it.
Clear recommendations for leadership across collections, compliance, resourcing, and commercial decisions.
The decks, reports, and analyses behind board, investor, and client meetings.
Cross-client performance comparisons that surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Experiment design and measurement.
Strategic projects from the Founder’s Office as company priorities shift.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
Fluent with modern analytics and AI tooling: working from BI dashboards (e.g. Tableau) and using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
Structured problem-solving using sound business frameworks.
Qualitative research skills: call reviews, stakeholder and customer interviews.
Board- and client-ready deck building; confident presenting to executives.
Sound business acumen: you get past the obvious conclusion to the question that matters.
Adaptable and self-directed.
A plus: SQL; experiment/A-B test design; fintech or collections experience; Arabic.
