About ClearGrid
ClearGrid is an AI-driven fintech transforming debt collection and resolution across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We pair a licensed collections agency with Command, our platform that lets lenders run compliant, first-party collections, and we are building this category from the ground up in a market where it barely exists yet.
About the role
Journey is a specific product feature within Command. It is where a client's entire outbound contact strategy is configured and run: a Journey decides which borrowers are contacted, when, on which channel (AI voice, SMS, email), and with which treatment, based on deal stage, prior call outcomes, and compliance guardrails. In short, the Journey feature is the engine that turns a client's collections strategy into automated, compliant action on Command.
This role exists to own the Journey feature end to end for every client on Command: building each client's Journeys correctly, keeping them sharp as the product evolves, catching problems fast, and continuously finding ways to make them collect more. This is a dynamic role. Particularly in the earlier stages, you may also be asked to support wider work across the department that is not specific to Journeys or Command, such as client demos and reactive client requests, as priorities shift.
What you'll own
The Journey feature, end to end: designing, building, configuring, and continuously optimizing each client's Journeys, including segmentation, deal-stage routing, channel orchestration across AI voice, SMS and email, redial logic, promise-to-pay and broken-promise flows, and compliance guardrails.
Journey execution for every Proof of Value: you are the person who builds and runs the Journeys a POV is judged on.
Post-live ownership: maintaining and iterating live Journeys as the product and client needs change, and graduating clients toward self-serve using tools such as Journey GPT.
Revenue growth through Journeys: spotting gaps and upsell levers in a client's setup (for example new agents, or added channels such as SMS and email to grow billable engagement), and stopping revenue leakage from Journeys that are inefficient or not triggering correctly.
An early-warning system for Journey failures: for example AI calls or messages not firing, or gateway issues.
The relationship with Conversation Design and QA: when a Journey runs but the conversations are not producing outcomes, you drive the prompt and flow fixes, and you own Journey reviews and sign-off with QA.
The client-facing side of Journeys: translating what a client wants into Journey configuration, running Journey demos, and presenting the work directly to client teams, on site and in person.
Broader Command adoption: beyond the Journey feature, helping clients adopt and get more value from other parts of Command (such as reporting, campaigns, the dialer, and CRM) as their needs grow.
What we're looking for
6 to 8 years in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment; B2B SaaS background preferred, with fintech and AI exposure a strong plus.
Genuinely tech-native: you live across a wide suite of software tools every day and pick up new, unfamiliar tools quickly on your own. This is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
A rare combination of hands-on and client-facing: you can build and optimise the configuration yourself, and you are equally comfortable presenting it to a senior client audience.
Hands-on experience with campaign or automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
Fluent in English and Arabic.
A true self-starter with very high ownership.
Comfortable operating on an evolving product: you can carry performance targets while the product is still being built, and turn ambiguity into a plan.
Based in Dubai (or able to relocate) and willing to travel regionally.
Domain exposure to collections, lending, or fintech is a plus; if not, the ability to ramp on a complex product and industry quickly is essential.
