About ClearGrid

ClearGrid is an AI-driven fintech transforming digital collections and debt resolution across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We're in a high-growth scaling phase, and our Riyadh office is central to our KSA presence. This role is the operational backbone of that office: the person who keeps our people compliant, our workplace running, and the team looked after.

About the Role

We're looking for a meticulous, deeply knowledgeable HR & Admin Specialist to own everything HR, government, compliance, and office-related for our Riyadh office. You'll be the go-to person on the ground: processing our HR and government transactions accurately and on time, keeping the office running smoothly, supporting with statutory paperwork, and making sure the team has a great experience at work.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited to someone who lives in the detail, moves through government portals with ease, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Statutory Compliance

  • Process all employee lifecycle transactions across the relevant platforms, including Qiwa (employment contracts, work permits, establishment management, Saudization certificates), GOSI (registrations, monthly contributions, additions/removals), and Muqeem/Absher (Iqama issuance and renewals, exit/re-entry visas, dependent management).

  • Administer employee health insurance in line with company policy: enrolments, renewals, additions and removals, and resolving employee queries.

  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and ensure every transaction meets labor law and regulatory deadlines.

  • Prepare and maintain contracts, letters, attestations, and other official documentation as required.

Office & Admin

  • Own the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, utilities, supplies, and vendor coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly and cost-efficiently.

  • Manage service contracts and office accounts, and act as the point of contact for building management and external suppliers.

  • Complete routine forms and applications including new supplier and vendor request forms, insurance application forms, and similar paperwork.

Employee Experience

  • Own the employee experience in the office: plan and run team activities, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.

  • Manage office merchandise from sourcing to distribution.

  • Be the friendly, reliable face of the office that new joiners and colleagues can turn to.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • Saudi national.

  • 3–4 years of experience in an HR operations, administration, or similar role, preferably in fintech, financial services, or hyper-growth companies

  • Very deep, current knowledge of Saudi labor law and hands-on mastery of Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher, Taqat and health insurance processes.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.

  • Meticulous with exceptionally high attention to detail; you don't let deadlines or documents slip.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle HR, compliance, admin, and people priorities simultaneously.

  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential employee and company information.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ZATCA processes (Zakat and withholding tax) and payroll documentation.

  • Experience in a fast-scaling company or fintech environment.
