Role Description:
This is a on-site role for a Customer Care Specialistat Ejari in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing customer support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing overall customer experience on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to customers and ensure a seamless experience with our application.
- Assist customers by answering their questions and resolving issues.
- Understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback and share insights to improve our service.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or online applications.
- Must be fluent in Arabic, with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience using basic office software.
