This role is for someone who thrives in the field, moves fast without cutting corners, and can represent the company professionally at SME locations across the UAE.
Title: Site Visits Associate / Field Verification Officer (SMEs)
Location: UAE (field-based; coverage across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.)
Reporting to: Head of Credit / Head of Operations
Type: Full-time (field role)
What You'll Do
You will visit SME customer sites (shops, offices, warehouses, clinics, restaurants, etc.) to complete verification, documentation, and evidence capture that supports fast onboarding, credit decisions, limits, renewals, and ongoing compliance checks.
This isn't a "take your time" role. You'll be expected to complete visits and submit clean evidence same-day whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Sitvisits & verification (core)
- Conduct on-site visits to SMEs to validate business existence, operations, and key information
- Verify business details such as:
- Business activity & category
- Location, signage, and premises
- Operating status and approximate scale (staff, inventory, equipment, footfall indicators)
- Ownership/authorized signatory presence when needed
- Confirm and record key operational insights relevant to onboarding or risk (without being intrusive)
- Evidence collection & reporting (speed + quality)
- Capture high-quality geo-tagged photos (signage, storefront, interior, POS/operations where allowed, trade license display, etc.)
- Collect required documentation copies (digital capture) as per policy (e.g., trade license, Emirates ID where applicable/allowed, tenancy/Ejari if required, invoices/receipts when required)
- Submit visit outcomes through the company app/tools with:
- Clear notes
- Proper photo labeling
- Accurate checklists
- Flags for exceptions or suspicious activity
- Ensure every submission is complete, compliant, and audit-ready—no back-and-forth delays
- SLA ownership & route execution
- Manage a daily pipeline of assigned visits and optimize routes to hit aggressive SLAs
- Keep tight communication with the ops/risk team:
- Confirm appointments
- Handle reschedules fast
- Escalate blockers immediately (wrong location, business closed, uncooperative staff, etc.)
- Maintain a "first-time-right" mindset: fewer revisits = faster decisions
- Customer experience
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Explain the purpose of the visit simply and clearly
- Keep visits efficient, respectful, and minimally disruptive to the SME
- Risk awareness
- Identify and report red flags (e.g., mismatched business activity, suspicious documentation, fake signage, unusual setup, inconsistent answers)
- Follow verification playbooks—no improvising on compliance
- Turnaround time (TAT): visits completed and submitted within SLA (often same-day/next-day)
- Completion rate: high % of assigned visits completed on first attempt
- Submission quality: low rejection rate of reports due to missing/unclear evidence
- Accuracy: information matches internal records and supports confident decisions
- Escalation quality: issues flagged early with clear evidence and concise notes
- Customer experience: professional handling, minimal complaints
- Field-based role with daily travel
- Some early/late visits may be required depending on SME operating hours
- May require occasional weekend availability (based on business demand)
- Performance is measured on speed + quality, not just effort
- Based in the UAE and able to travel frequently across emirates
- Language: English required; Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus
- Valid UAE driving license; comfortable driving daily for work
- Strong smartphone proficiency (camera quality awareness, scanning apps, forms, pin drop/share location)
- Comfortable working in a high-speed environment with strict SLAs
- Strong attention to detail (photos, documents, names, addresses, timestamps)
- Good communication skills—clear, direct, and professional on-site and with internal teams
- Basic understanding of SMEs (how they operate, what normal looks like vs. suspicious)

- Experience in field verification, banking/fintech ops, merchant onboarding, telco verification, insurance claims visits, logistics inspections, or audit-style field work
