  • Configure the policies in Bitdefender
  • Manage the Splashtop account
  • Handle complex server/cloud issues
  • Oversee network security (VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, password management, 2FA)
  • Maintain device inventory and enforce IT policies (onboarding/offboarding, access control, backups)
  • Coordinate with vendors (ISPs, hardware suppliers, security tools)
  • Support teams with hardware/software issues, license renewals, and basic integrations
  • Assist with data privacy and security compliance

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT admin or helpdesk for startups/Software Companies
  • Experience managing Bitdefender GravityZone (policy creation and deployment)
  • Experience with Splashtop or similar remote access tools for troubleshooting
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot office WiFi (Access Points, Firewalls) and VPNs
  • Hardware: Strong knowledge of both MacOS and Windows laptop setup
