- Source, identify, and qualify SME leads across the UAE market using digital tools and data platforms.
- Execute smart, multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Own the entire outbound sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain and update CRM with pipeline data, status updates, and conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with the UAE-based team for warm handovers, onboarding, and client success.
- Contribute ideas, strategies, and market insights to continually improve the sales process
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Strong research and digital prospecting skills (Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
- High resilience and work ethic—comfortable with volume outreach and rejection.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude.
- UAE market knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Finance background and knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory
