Reporting directly to the Head of Product, and working collaboratively with engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers in an innovative environment, you will lead product initiatives across key areas of our platform. You may work across one or more squads, driving impactful solutions that help our customers and partners manage and grow their businesses.
Our product organisation is structured into three core tribes: Money, Growth, and Performance. Product Managers are aligned to a tribe based on their experience, business priorities, and where they can have the greatest impact, with flexibility to evolve as the team and product grow.

What you will be doing
- Insightfulness – Conduct market and user research to build a strong understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities.
- Strategic thinking – Develop and contribute to a clear, forward-looking product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Data-driven decision making – Own and prioritise the product roadmap, using data, insights, and feedback to guide decisions.
- End-to-end ownership – Lead product development from ideation through to launch and continuous iteration, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define and deliver effective product solutions.
- Stakeholder alignment – Partner with internal stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure product initiatives support broader company goals.
- Communication – Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, building strong relationships and transparency.
What we are looking for
- Experience – 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within a digital product or SaaS environment.
- Product delivery – Proven track record of delivering software products or features end-to-end.
- Analytical mindset – Strong ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions.
- Ways of working – Experience working in agile environments with iterative, user-focused development.
- Communication & influence – Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
- Customer focus – Passion for understanding user needs and delivering high-quality, intuitive experiences.
- Adaptability – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Ownership mindset – Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved where needed.
- Domain exposure (nice to have) – Experience in areas such as payments, financial workflows, or platform products is beneficial but not essential.
