We’re continuing to scale rapidly across markets, teams and products, making this an exciting time to join us.

Role Overview:

Talent Lead | London HQ | On-site (5 days/week) | Competitive Base + Hiring Incentive Bonuses & Company Benefits

As a Talent Lead, you’ll play a key role in building the teams behind Fresha’s next phase of growth. Reporting directly to our Global Head of Talent, you’ll own priority hiring while coaching and elevating the Talent Team, combining strong personal delivery with meaningful leadership impact.

With 400+ hires already delivered this year, we are scaling rapidly across global markets and functions. You’ll help raise the bar, strengthen how we hire and build upon the talent engine needed to power the future of self-care.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter and people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be hands-on, proactive and trusted to make a meaningful impact across both hiring delivery and the wider Talent function.

What You'll Do:
  • High Standards & Quality: Hold an exceptional bar for quality across your own work and the wider team, maintaining high standards and catching errors before they impact delivery.

  • Problem Solving & Coaching: Deconstruct complex hiring challenges and coach team members through structured problem-solving to find better answers and improve decision-making.

  • Remove Recruitment Bottlenecks: Proactively identify and clear blockers across your own hiring and the wider UK team, removing friction and keeping recruitment moving at pace.

  • Pipeline & Data Management: Maintain clear visibility over your own recruiting metrics while monitoring team pipeline health, identifying risks and taking action early.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead by example as a benchmark for quality, hold team members accountable and coach them to improve performance and capability.

  • Leadership Partnership: Work closely with the Global Head of Talent, providing clear reporting and visibility across team performance and supporting the delivery of key Talent initiatives.

  • Deliver at Scale: Consistently deliver against your own hiring targets while helping increase the overall team's output across high-volume and complex recruitment.

  • Build for Scale: Design and improve recruitment processes, frameworks and systems that increase efficiency and enable the team to operate effectively at scale.

What We're Looking For:
  • Recruitment Leadership: Proven in-house talent acquisition experience with a track record of leading, coaching or developing other recruiters.

  • Full-Lifecycle Expertise: Deep experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across critical technical and commercial roles.

  • Pipeline & Data Command: Strong understanding of ATS management, recruitment metrics, pipeline health and identifying and resolving hiring bottlenecks.

  • Systems Builder: Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable recruitment processes, frameworks and operational systems.

  • High Standards & Ownership: A proactive, transparent and highly organised leader who keeps priorities, progress and risks visible and takes ownership from idea through to execution.

  • Strong Communication: Confident working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, influencing stakeholders and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.

Your Opportunity at Fresha:
  • Earn for Impact: A market-leading compensation structure with hiring incentive bonuses that rewards high performance and delivery.

  • Lead from the Front: Own priority hiring while coaching, developing and raising the bar across the Talent Team.

  • Grow with the Business: Build your scope quickly through direct exposure to senior leadership, with opportunities to expand your impact as Fresha scales.

  • Operate at Serious Scale: Join a global Talent function delivering hundreds of hires across multiple markets, functions and levels.

  • Build What’s Next: Shape the processes, systems and standards that will define how Fresha hires and scales its teams through its next phase of growth.
