Role Overview / Purpose
CRM Executive | London | 5 days per week in our London office
Own defined areas of Fresha’s B2B CRM programme, such as reactivation and growing wallet share.
Take campaigns end-to-end, from segmentation and messaging through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
Work closely with the CRM Manager to build your expertise in HubSpot and develop a strong understanding of CRM strategy and best practice.
Help drive partner engagement, retention and conversion through relevant, well-timed communications.
Have a visible impact on how Fresha engages and grows its global partner base.
What You’ll Do
Own defined CRM areas end-to-end, such as customer reactivation or growing wallet share, taking responsibility for campaign performance and continuous improvement.
Build and manage CRM journeys in HubSpot, including segmentation, automation and messaging logic, working closely with the CRM Manager.
Write and optimise on-brand CRM communications, including newsletters, feature announcements and targeted campaigns across different audiences.
Analyse campaign performance, using data and charts to understand what is working, identify opportunities and turn insights into clear next steps.
Manage CRM campaign volume and timing, helping coordinate the sending calendar and ensuring communications remain effective during high-volume periods.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Experience and Product to deliver campaigns and automated workflows that support partner engagement and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, ideally HubSpot. Braze experience is a plus but not essential.
A genuine interest in CRM, with the ability to quickly understand segmentation, automation and customer journey logic.
Strong data and chart literacy, with the ability to interpret performance and turn findings into practical actions.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and channels.
A strong sense of ownership and initiative, with a solutions-driven approach and the confidence to work independently.
Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
