Keyper is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to support the growth of our property management and digital payments platform in Dubai.
Our platform enables real estate companies to manage properties more efficiently and streamline rent collection through a secure, end-to-end digital solution.
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships with institutional landlords and property managers.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach institutional landlords and property managers
• Present and demonstrate Keyper’s platform
• Explain how our solution improves operational efficiency and rent collection visibility
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
• Experience selling software, SaaS solutions, or listing portals is preferred
• Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
