We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Bartender to create exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain the highest quality standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do?
- Beverage Preparation: Consistently prepare high-quality beverages following company recipes and guidelines.
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm, friendly smile and personalized service, building relationships by remembering names and preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of beverage ingredients, flavor profiles, and pairings to elevate the customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency in taste and presentation, even during peak hours or high-pressure situations.
- Customer Support: Answer customer questions about beverage blends, preparation methods, and product freshness.
- Stock Management: Order and manage bar stock efficiently to minimize waste and maintain availability.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, ensuring the bar area is spotless and complies with food safety regulations.
- Complaint Resolution: Report customer complaints to the manager on duty while striving to address minor issues promptly.
- Innovation: Explore and suggest new techniques and trends to keep the beverage menu exciting and aligned with Kitopi’s vision.
What Are We Looking For?
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of beverage items, including raw products, recipes, and preparation techniques for consistently high-quality drinks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers and team members effectively.
- Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to integrate into new environments and adapt to fast-paced operations.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
- Hygiene Standards: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism.

Recruitment Process and Timeline

• Pre-Screening: If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a call from our talent team to discuss about the opportunity.
• Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location.
• Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
