Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 2-5 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Proficient in English, with the ability to understand and create technical documents
• Advanced skills in using electronic laboratory equipment
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, CAN, SPI
• SQL knowledge
• Ability to read reverse PCBA
• Understanding of MCU operating principles
• Strong knowledge of electronic components
• SMD soldering skills
• Familiarity with battery Technologies
• Expertise in reverse engineering

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design processes of platforms developed and designed by Martı:

- Determine the functional and performance requirements of the fleet vehicles

- Design the electrical components of the platforms

- Develop automation and testing systems required for serial production processes

• Conduct debugging and development processes for Martı designs and third-party electronic components (lithium-ion battery packs, EVs, ECUs, etc.):

- Perform design validation of new electronic components

- Conduct debugging of electronic components

- Identify and eliminate issues and/or improvement opportunities arising from third-party components

• Design development tools and procedures to facilitate technical service processes:

- Improve existing products

- Make product improvements to identify issues on the vehicles

• Generate rapid and applicable solutions for issues arising from technical service:

- Manage problem analysis and solution development processes

- Evaluate feasible solution proposals

- Support continuous improvement processes
