What You’ll Do

• Balance product discovery and delivery, ensuring that we build the most impactful features for our users.
• Analyze user behavior and champion customer needs throughout the entire product journey.
• Define product success metrics and set and evaluate KPIs in collaboration with the product team.
• Leverage analytics tools (Firebase, Amplitude, etc.) to make data-driven decisions.
• Research and benchmark competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Own and develop the long-term product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

• M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
• Product management experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of modern product discovery and experimentation.
• Passion for growth and learning.
• A team player who can collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) is a plus.
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools, as well as defining product KPIs.
• A "fail fast" and experimentation mindset to understand problems, find solutions, and continuously improve existing products.
• Passion for user experience, mobility, and solving complex problems.
