What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a product team, guiding them to balance product discovery and delivery for maximum user impact.
• Own and develop the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Martı’s ride-hailing vertical in alignment with our business goals.
• Analyze user behavior deeply, ensuring customer needs remain central to our product decisions.
• Define and evaluate product success metrics and KPIs, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the product organization.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science teams to deliver seamless and innovative user experiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and maintain Martı’s competitive edge in mobility solutions.
• Regularly communicate product strategies, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior leadership and executive management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Economics, or related quantitative fields.
• 8+ years of proven experience in product management, ideally within the ride-hailing, mobility, or related technology sectors, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience managing high-performing teams and mentoring product managers in agile, tech-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of modern product discovery methodologies, experimentation, and leveraging data analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.) for informed decision-making.
• Passionate about growth, continuous learning, and fostering innovation across teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable with rapid experimentation, embracing a “fail fast” mindset to swiftly learn, adapt, and improve.
• Genuine passion for user-centric design, superior user experiences, mobility innovation, and solving complex real-world problems.
