Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, negotiation,strategic planning skills, organization and reporting skills.
• Effective communication skills, result-oriented mindset, and strong follow-up ability.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in mobility sector and indirect purchasing.
• Fluent English
• Experience in cost analysis and reporting in MS Office and SAP MM module.

Responsibilities

• Identifying suitable materials and negotiating pricing, issuing purchase orders through SAP, and managing the entire procurement process from purchase to pay.
• Conducting price and supplier research for both domestic and international purchases of services, marketing, Office supplies & consumables, IT requirements, spare parts.
• Conducting supplier evaluations,
• Preparing reliable and sustainable cost saving projects
• Preparing and monitoring periodic purchasing reports
• Managing import process, ability to organize shipping, insurance, customs operations.
• Managing supplier performance
• Developing the supplier pool, finding new suppliers.
• Developing SAP implementation process
• Improve purchasing processes and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
