Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. What You’ll Do
- Own the product strategy for AI/ML initiatives in Martı’s ride-hailing and shared mobility marketplace.
- Work closely with data science, engineering, and operations teams to design, test, and launch AI-powered features (e.g., matching, dispatching, dynamic pricing, demand/supply forecasting).
- Define and monitor product KPIs (match rate, wait time, conversion, revenue impact) and continuously optimize through data-driven iteration.
- Lead the experimentation pipeline: design hypotheses, run A/B tests, evaluate model performance, and translate insights into product improvements.
- Champion a data-first mindset, ensuring model outputs translate into measurable user and business value.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- Previous experience in data-driven roles (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Product Analyst).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts (prediction, optimization, recommendation, experimentation).
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations) and ship impactful features.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical insights into product strategy.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience as a Product Manager or in product-related responsibilities.
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics (two-sided supply & demand, incentives, elasticity).
- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, or large-scale experimentation frameworks.
- Passion for mobility, sustainability, and shaping the future of transportation.
