Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly driven marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in high-growth industries such as mobility, technology, consumer platforms, or fast-paced startup environments.
The ideal candidate is a strategic brand architect with a strong understanding of market positioning, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics within the mobility and transportation ecosystem.
They combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, demonstrating the ability to manage budgets, optimize marketing investments, and deliver measurable growth in dynamic environments.
Key Qualifications
• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in mobility, technology, consumer platforms, or high-growth startups
• Proven experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships, with the ability to design scalable influencer strategies that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement
• Strong experience in social media strategy and communication management, including content planning, platform growth
• Strong experience in managing creative teams, including designers, copywriters, and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality and consistent brand output
• Advanced analytical and financial acumen with experience in budget planning, forecasting, and marketing ROI optimization
• Strong proficiency in Excel and marketing performance analysis
• Expertise in presentation development and executive storytelling, with the ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and narrative-building skills across earned, owned, and paid media channels
• Demonstrated growth mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and hands-on execution ability
• Comfortable operating in uncertainty, with the resilience to navigate ambiguous environments and rapidly evolving priorities
• Able to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution, balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on implementation
• Obsessed with measurable impact, consistently tracking performance and optimizing marketing investments through data and KPIs
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where agility and speed of execution are critical
• Native or fluent Turkish, with strong English communication skills for collaboration with international partners and stakeholder
Job Description
• Take full ownership of the Marti brand and lead cross-functional teams to deliver short- and long-term objectives.
• Lead the overall social media strategy and communication for the Marti brand.
• Oversee content planning, storytelling, and platform strategy across social media channels.
• Own the positioning of our brand, while strengthening its power behind saliency, distinctiveness, and purposefulness.
• Act as the brand owner by displaying a constant challenger mindset with a desire for perfection that questions the norm and always strives for excellence.
• Lead the strategy and development of brand plans, while managing 360-degree media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement among both current and new target audiences, as well as across various product offerings.
• Plan and lead weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual marketing programs.
• Track performance in our primary target groups, adjusting marketing activities based on always-up-to-date data and KPIs.
• Manage the consumer marketing budget and lead offline and online media planning in collaboration with media experts and agencies.
• Lead market research for Marti to ensure thorough market and competitive analysis, and collaborate with operations, product, and technology teams to facilitate consumer research and Brand Health Tracking.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and work with relevant stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Lead and finalize agency agreements and actively participate in creating contracts to minimize risks in collaboration with the legal and media teams.
• Act as the cross-functional leader in marketing; control and coordinate the development and implementation of marketing programs through agencies and cross-functional teams.
