🎯 What You’ll Do
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute a full-funnel SEO strategy—from top-of-funnel education to bottom-of-funnel conversion.
- Define and lead the roadmap for keyword targeting, technical enhancements, and organic channel growth.
- Measure what matters—traffic, rankings, signups, and revenue—and iterate fast.
Content SEO & Optimization
- Craft a scalable content strategy that ranks and resonates.
- Work with writers (and AI) to publish optimized content across blogs, landing pages, and documentation.
- Drive topical authority through clusters, internal linking, and smart formatting.
LLM & AI SEO
- Position Nas.io for discoverability in AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude.
- Structure content to increase inclusion in LLM outputs and new search interfaces.
- Stay on the edge of AI-search behavior and apply those insights in real-time.
Technical SEO
- Conduct site audits and resolve crawlability, indexing, and performance issues.
- Optimize across Core Web Vitals, mobile UX, site structure, and schema markup.
- Maintain and enhance foundational assets like sitemaps, canonical tags, and robots.txt.
YouTube SEO (Search-Focused)
- Build an SEO-led YouTube strategy that connects with creators and entrepreneurs searching for AI or digital business solutions.
- Optimize titles, tags, descriptions, transcripts, and thumbnails based on keyword research and user intent.
- Use tools like VidIQ, TubeBuddy, and YouTube Studio to refine and improve visibility.
Backlink Strategy & Off-Page SEO
- Design and execute high-impact backlink campaigns that grow authority.
- Build links through smart outreach, content promotion, and partnerships with relevant sites.
- Monitor and optimize your link-building efforts using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
What We’re Looking For
You’re not just good at SEO - you live and breathe the internet.
We want someone who’s deeply immersed in the online creator and digital business world. Someone who:
- Follows YouTube creators, scrolls X and Reddit for trends, and knows what’s happening before it hits the news.
- Is fascinated by how content, AI, and communities intersect to create real income.
- Understands what creators want, what solopreneurs search for, and what tools they trust.
- Curiously tracks how AI search tools are evolving—monitoring what ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude crawl and surface
- Can negotiate backlink deals and partnerships that actually move the needle on domain authority
- Experiments constantly with new tactics and shares learnings transparently
- Is hungry, curious, experimental, and always leveling up their game
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience across SEO strategy, content optimization, and technical SEO.
- A deep understanding of WordPress, Google Search, and content-based SEO.
- Practical knowledge of how to get discovered across Google and LLM-powered search tools.
- Proven success in link building, YouTube SEO, and content-led traffic acquisition.
- Mastery of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and analytics dashboards.
- Bonus: You’ve built or helped grow an internet business, newsletter, YouTube channel, or digital brand.
