Role Overview
We are looking for a talented Mobile Engineer to join our team and take ownership of building and maintaining our mobile application using Flutter. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, cross-platform mobile experiences that are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.
  • Integrate analytics to monitor user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure lessons are engaging and intuitive.
  • Build interactive, gamified learning experiences with quizzes, streaks, and progress tracking.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer with a focus on Flutter.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart and mobile app development best practices.
  • Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party libraries/integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Firebase or similar backend services.
  • Knowledge of native iOS/Android development.
  • UI/UX sensitivity and experience with animations in Flutter.
  • Experience with gamification features and educational apps.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools for mobile apps (Firebase, Mixpanel).
  • Knowledge of in-app notifications and offline content caching.
