Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you won't just manage accounts—you'll be the architect of our most critical partnerships across Europe. You'll move beyond day-to-day sales to build a robust, scalable buyer network. This role requires a professional who can not only build strong relationships but also identify and execute strategic opportunities that will drive significant growth and shape our market presence.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Building and nurturing relationships with top-tier strategic partners and key buyers across Europe.
· Creating a vibrant, engaged buyer community; supporting buyers with onboarding and ongoing success on our digital platform
· Analyzing market trends and partner data to inform business strategy and identify areas for optimization
· A natural team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contributes to a positive, supportive work environment.
What You Bring:
· A self-starter mindset – adaptable, driven, and solution-oriented
· 6+ years of experience in sales or account management – bonus points for experience in re-commerce, e-commerce or FMCG
· A strategic mindset with a proven track record of identifying and securing high-impact partnerships
· Bilingual fluency in English and German, French, or Spanish is required. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value, build rapport, and follow up effectively.
· Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data analysis
