Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Closer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful deals and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.

  • Engage with potential clients and lead high-level sales conversations in Arabic and English
  • Develop and implement effective closing strategies to maximize conversion rates
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • Native or near-native fluency in Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade decision-makers
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and local business practices
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work effectively in diverse settings
  • Valid UAE work permit or eligibility to obtain one
