Si-Ware Systems is entering a defining phase of growth following the acquisition of NeoSpectra by BUCHI. This transition requires Si-Ware to build and scale many capabilities from scratch: from global go-to-market structures and brand positioning to demand generation engines and international channel support. All aligned with a clear and ambitious strategic direction to expand the uses of our technology in global high-tech markets.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who wants to do more than execute campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership during a pivotal transformation phase, shape how a high-tech portfolio is positioned globally, and build a marketing engine designed to scale from the ground up.

This is a leadership opportunity for a seasoned B2B marketer who thrives in complex, technology-driven environments and wants to play a central role in driving change, structure, and market expansion.

Role Overview

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the execution, optimization, and scaling of Si-Ware’s marketing initiatives across multiple audiences, geographies, and product lines. You will oversee campaign performance, manage internal and external resources, and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

You will play a central role in strengthening brand positioning, increasing market visibility, improving lead quality, and building a scalable marketing function to support a growing portfolio. You will also drive AI-driven marketing practices, using data, automation, and predictive analytics to enhance targeting and performance. Beyond execution, you will own the transformation of marketing into a structured, performance-driven function that scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Lead the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.

  • Translate high-level objectives into structured campaign plans with clear timelines and deliverables.

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns including paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and events.

  • Identify performance gaps and proactively introduce strategic adjustments that accelerate growth.

  • Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Elevate marketing from execution-focused to performance-led and strategically aligned operation.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members to ensure high performance and accountability.

  • Identify capability gaps and recruit key roles to strengthen execution capacity.

  • Establish clear processes, workflows, and performance standards.

  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Performance & Marketing Operations

  • Introduce and scale AI-enabled marketing practices, including AI-driven demand generation, predictive analytics for lead scoring, and intelligent audience segmentation.

  • Oversee demand generation efforts and lead quality improvement initiatives.

  • Monitor and lead the optimization of key performance metrics including CPL and CAC.

  • Ensure accurate reporting dashboards and regular performance reviews.

  • Drive continuous optimization across campaigns and channels.

Agency & International Campaign Management

  • Manage and evaluate external agencies and partners.

  • Oversee localized marketing efforts in key international markets.

  • Ensure brand consistency and performance standards across regions.

  • Drive structured collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management and Product Marketing to align messaging and go-to-market activities.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to improve lead handover and feedback loops.

  • Support event strategy, prioritization, and execution in coordination with commercial teams.

Brand & Market Presence

  • Strengthen Si-Ware’s visibility in global B2B technology markets.

  • Ensure marketing communications reflect the company’s innovation, credibility, and engineering excellence.

  • Build scalable programs that expand reach, audience engagement, and market authority.

Job requirements

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

  • Experience with B2B marketing on a global scale (North America, Europe, Asia).

  • Strong track record in multi-channel demand generation and campaign management.

  • Proven success in managing marketing teams and external agencies.

  • Strong preference for experience in high-tech, hardware, SaaS, industrial, embedded systems, or deep-tech environments.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics and funnel optimization.

  • Experience supervising marketing automation and CRM-driven workflows.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions.

  • Structured, organized, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.

  • Hands-on attitude when required.

Working Model

This role is based in Cairo. In-office presence is the primary working model to ensure close collaboration with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams. We maintain a degree of flexibility for remote work when appropriate and aligned with business needs, while preserving the high level of cross-functional engagement required in a technology-driven environment.
