Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our growing data and analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, build reports and dashboards, and drive data-informed decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Design and develop robust BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to support key business initiatives.
• Monitor data trends, identify anomalies, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and continuously improve data processes and reporting efficiency.
• Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating complex data into insights.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or startup environment is a plus.
