What you’ll be doing
- Own the enterprise pipeline across APAC: focused hospitality groups with 30+ locations and guide them from first outreach to signed contract.
- Navigate complex buying units: map and engage multiple stakeholders (C-suite, finance, ops, IT) to build consensus and move deals forward.
- Run value-led discovery and demos: quantify ROI, tailor business cases, and address technical requirements without drowning prospects in jargon.
- Design proof of concepts or pilots: scope and manage short trials that de-risk decisions and showcase Supy’s impact on COGS and efficiency.
- Negotiate commercial terms: drive contracts to signature while balancing customer needs and Supy’s growth goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to remove roadblocks and set accounts up for long-term success.
- Maintain clean, accurate forecasts: keep HubSpot up to date so the Country Manager and exec team have clear visibility on pipeline health.
- Champion customer insights: feed market feedback to product and marketing to ensure Supy stays ahead of enterprise needs.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years closing complex SaaS deals with multi-stakeholder buying teams, hospitality or supply-chain tech experience is a strong plus.
- Proven success selling into enterprise accounts across the APAC region.
- Mastery of value-based selling frameworks and the confidence to run executive-level conversations.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, you know how to structure win-win agreements.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up and can work autonomously while reporting to the Country Manager.
- Clear, concise communicator able to translate operational pain points into financial impact.
