Hey LinkedIn 👋 Supy is on a mission to transform how restaurants run their operations — smarter, faster, and with less waste. We work with some of the region’s most exciting F&B brands, helping them streamline procurement and backend processes through our platform.

We’re now looking for an Account Manager with hands-on restaurant operations experience (not just F&B sales) to join our team. If you’ve managed restaurant sites, led ops teams, or understand how kitchens and BOH run — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing🔁 Client Success & Retention
  • Own the relationship with a set of restaurant partners
  • Ensure high satisfaction and retention by providing continuous operational value
  • Lead renewal discussions and highlight Supy’s ROI
💸 Revenue & Collections
  • Oversee accurate and timely invoicing
  • Resolve any billing or payment concerns
  • Share regular collection updates with the Revenue Ops team
📈 Account Growth
  • Identify opportunities to add new branches or locations
  • Support smooth onboarding in coordination with our Implementation team
📊 Health Monitoring & Engagement
  • Track platform usage and operational metrics
  • Re-engage low-usage accounts with actionable support plans
  • Share insights with internal teams to improve customer experience
📚 Training & Enablement
  • Deliver tailored onboarding and product training sessions
  • Act as the go-to person for any platform-related operational questions
  • Help restaurants adopt best practices using Supy
📅 Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Present performance reports and recommendations to restaurant leadership
  • Align client operations with Supy’s capabilities for ongoing growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Ops (ideally in SaaS/hospitality/restaurant tech).
  • Deep understanding of restaurant workflows is a major plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, dashboards.
  • Strong communicator, empathetic, data-driven, and highly organized.
  • Passion for food tech and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
