🚨 Hey LinkedIn 👋 Supy is redefining how restaurants manage operations and procurement across the region. Our tech helps top restaurant brands streamline backend processes, reduce costs, and gain real-time visibility into their business.

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Cost Control Manager to lead the onboarding and adoption journey for new enterprise clients. You’ll train operational and finance teams on Supy’s platform and help them leverage real-time data to reduce costs, control inventory, and improve profitability. Once onboarding is complete, you'll hand over to the Account Management team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full onboarding and implementation projects for new clients
  • Deliver in-depth training on inventory, procurement, menu costing, reporting & analytics
  • Support live production adoption across all Supy modules
  • Guide clients on using cost control reports and dashboards to reduce food waste and improve margins
  • Monitor adoption metrics, identify blockers, and proactively solve onboarding issues
  • Collaborate with product, support, and tech teams to ensure seamless rollout
  • Maintain clear documentation of client training progress and feedback
  • Drive early platform value and ensure readiness for handover to Account Managers
  • Act as a trusted cost control and operational advisor during the onboarding phase
Requirements
  • Background in restaurant operations, cost control, or hospitality finance
  • Experience training teams and delivering product onboarding in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of inventory workflows and cost management in F&B
  • Great communicator, data-literate, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Based in Dubai
