We are growing fast across APAC and need a partnerships pro to keep that momentum rolling.

What you’ll be doing

• Build the partner pipeline – identify and sign POS providers, accounting platforms, consultants and other tech vendors that fit our Ideal Partner Profile.
• Drive referrals and revenue – turn partner relationships into a steady flow of qualified leads and closed deals.
• Enable and engage – run crisp onboarding, training and co-marketing so partners know exactly how to pitch Supy.
• Nurture like a champ – schedule regular check-ins, share playbooks and spot upsell or reseller opportunities.
• Work with sales – stay tight with AEs to accelerate partner-sourced deals and shorten sales cycles.
• Track the numbers – report weekly on leads, added MRR and partner activity so everyone sees the impact.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech or B2B partnerships is a plus, but grit and curiosity matter more.
• Proven ability to hit targets and grow revenue through partners.
• Clear communicator who can translate tech into commercial wins.
• Self-starter who thrives in a scale-up and loves solving problems.
