Supy is a global B2B SaaS platform revolutionizing hospitality. We help restaurant groups make smarter decisions on inventory, procurement, and operations through our agentic AI layer, fully governed in Databricks.

We’re looking for an Accountant who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting function across multiple entities, including the monthly close process and financial statement consolidation. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment with recurring revenue models.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities (AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll entries, accruals, prepayments).
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements across entities in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Monitor intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations during consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and audit requirements in each jurisdiction.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.
• Support management with ad-hoc reporting and analysis for decision-making.

Required expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and experience with consolidation accounting.
• Experience working with accounting systems such as Xero, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Zoho; exposure to Stripe or subscription billing platforms is a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting/BI tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
