As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with the finance team and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights into business performance. You will be responsible for building dashboards, monitoring key SaaS metrics, and timely reporting to enable smarter decision-making.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and report on monthly recurring revenue (MRR), annual recurring revenue (ARR), churn, net revenue retention, and other SaaS KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor company performance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to support monthly/quarterly financial reviews and investor reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Track and evaluate customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and payback periods.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to provide insights into customer behavior and revenue trends.
• Assist with scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation of recurring reports.

Required expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Strong understanding of subscription business metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with accounting/finance systems (Xero, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
