Supy has soft launched the Benelux market in August 2025 and is now ready to accelerate its expansion in this market.

Role Overview

As the first Account Executive in the Benelux region, you will be be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team. This role will primarily focus on the Benelux region but an expansion is likely to the wider Western-European region at a later stage. In this role, you will be supported by the global GTM teams (partnerships, marketing etc...) as well as the operations teams (customer success, account management, etc...).

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify potential restaurant partners through outbound research, calls, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads via CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer segments, competitive trends, and industry needs.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Own the full sales process from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation and Revenue Operations teams for post-sale onboarding.

Relationship Building & Client Communication

  • Build trust and long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and nurture cold or warm leads.
  • Represent Supy professionally in client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate and timely records of all activities, pipelines, and deal stages in the CRM.
  • Share weekly reports on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with Account Management for smooth handovers and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide structured market feedback to Product and Operations to improve offerings.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B business development / sales, ideally within hospitality tech.
  • Fluent (preferably native) Dutch speaker or French speaker (both is a big plus)
  • Working level (or better) of English (written and spoken)
  • Track record of working towards and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and accountable for results.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or B2B partnerships.
  • Existing network within the hospitality or F&B tech sector in Benelux.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
