Join us in redefining restaurant operations through innovative technology and seamless customer experiences.

Role Overview

As a remote GTM Engineer at Supy, you will own and manage our entire GTM motion — from identifying our TAM and tracking buying signals, to lead generation, CRM management, outbound execution, and driving meetings booked through to SQLs. You'll design, build, and optimize the automations, tooling, and data pipelines that power this motion end-to-end, helping the team reach and engage restaurant groups more efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for a technically-minded, growth-driven professional to own a full GTM system and make a tangible, measurable impact on how we go to market.

Key responsibilities

GTM Motion Ownership

  • Own the full GTM funnel: TAM definition → signal tracking → lead generation → CRM → outbound → meetings booked → SQL handoff
  • Define and continuously refine our TAM and ideal customer segments based on market signals and performance data
  • Build systems to monitor buying signals and trigger timely, relevant outbound

Outbound Systems & Automation

  • Design, build, and maintain outbound workflows and automations using tools like Clay, Lemlist, Apify, and AI-driven enrichment pipelines
  • Develop and optimize lead scraping, data enrichment, and list-building processes to fuel pipeline generation
  • Continuously test and iterate on outbound sequences, messaging, and targeting logic to improve conversion rates

Pipeline & Campaign Execution

  • Build and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling infrastructure) across target segments
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate ICP and segmentation criteria into automated targeting and outreach systems
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and rebuild workflows to increase efficiency and output

Tooling & Infrastructure

  • Own the GTM tech stack (HubSpot CRM, enrichment tools, automation platforms) and ensure clean data flow between systems
  • Integrate and maintain tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, and other GTM engineering platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within outbound and CRM systems

Data & Reporting

  • Track and report on pipeline generated through automated systems, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of outbound activity, enrichment sources, and system performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve targeting, sequencing, and outbound efficiency

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align outbound systems with broader GTM strategy
  • Support SDRs/AEs by ensuring high-quality, enriched leads flow into the pipeline
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Operations based on market and outbound data signals

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth/RevOps, or outbound-focused sales development, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on experience building automations and workflows using tools like Clay, Lemlist, Apify, Zapier/Make, or similar
  • Experience with web scraping to source and enrich data at scale
  • Working knowledge of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) to build, debug, and accelerate technical workflows
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and comfort working within its data model and APIs
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and iterate quickly
  • Basic scripting/technical aptitude (e.g., working with APIs, spreadsheets/formulas, or light coding) to build and troubleshoot automations
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and tools simultaneously
  • Background working in an agency setting, managing outbound/growth systems across multiple clients
  • Experience covering the GCC region

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant tech space
  • Prior experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role, giving context for what makes outbound systems effective
  • Passion for food tech and digital transformation
  • Resilient, energetic, and results-oriented mindset
  • Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and continuous learning
