We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer – New Car Financing to join our growing team in Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily customer inquiries related to new car financing
• Contact customers and collect financial and personal information
• Conduct financial calculations and assess customer eligibility
• Follow up with customers to collect all required documents
• Coordinate with financing companies and banks to obtain approvals
• Assist customers with signing financing contracts and approvals
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong follow-up communication

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or finance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
• Flexible and able to work in shifts
• Experience in telesales is a plus
• Previous experience in banks or financing companies is a plus
