About Taager

Taager is the first B2B startup focused on social sellers- Merchants. We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling budding as well as seasoned entrepreneurs to sell online with no required capital, inventory, or operational experience. We have our Merchants covered from merchandising, warehousing, shipping, cash collection and customer service.

In 2019 we started as a team of 8 people, now we are over 350 employees across Egypt, KSA and the UAE. We serve more than 34K social e-commerce sellers from incredibly diverse backgrounds – from students earning a part-time income to highly ambitious digital marketing experts looking to become solo entrepreneurs. The sellers on our platform benefit from access to 2,500+ highly marketable products. Our people are driven by our mission and motivated by our desire to deliver the most seamless customer experience to the sellers on our platform. About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our strategic product offerings for Growth, experience, or efficiency from conceptualization all the way to go-to-market. You will be partnering with business, engineers, designers and data experts, to define and execute a product strategy to delight users and enable world-class growth organization.

What you will do :

• Work closely collaboration with stakeholders to create depth of knowledge in user needs, industry dynamics and develops subject matter expertise in either a particular -user problem space or internal functionality.
• Co-create your domain’s product vision and build product strategy for your area.
• Proactively gathers requirements, specifies pragmatic solutions incorporating the requirements at domain level.
• Clearly define goals in terms of the impact changes will have on the user & takes accountability for the validated impact changes have on the user.
• Independently creates a vision of the product (area), with good awareness for overarching vision and clearly impacting domain vision.
• Create an ideal state UX / functionality fitting to the vision for their area and scope and identify milestones towards target state, with high level of precision for the upcoming quarter.
• Partner with Product Analytics and Data teams to build a strong foundation for experimentation and data-driven growth.

What will make you successful:

• Have 3-5 Years of product experience.
• You are familiar with user centric design approaches and had your fair share of customer experience design & research.
• You have extensive experience designing and running experiments and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with product sense, to drive product decisions.
• You are good at leading and influencing and demonstrated product leadership in the past.
• You are comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance priorities.
• You are great at communication and have experience presenting to senior management and building consensus.
