Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Supply Chain Operations Specialist to manage the availability of products and regulate seller visibility across our online marketplace. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate product listings, ensuring timely updates to product status, and managing the visibility of third-party sellers in accordance with platform policies and business priorities.
What will you do:
- Monitor and update product availability (in-stock/out-of-stock/discontinued) across the e-commerce platform.
- Adjust seller visibility for specific products based on performance metrics, compliance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with category managers and merchandising teams to prioritize product and seller listings.
- Use internal tools and dashboards to manage listing rules, availability flags, and seller display algorithms.
- Work with customer service and operations teams to resolve product visibility or availability issues quickly and accurately.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with platform standards.
- Identify trends or discrepancies in product availability and seller activity; propose and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation of listing changes and visibility adjustments for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Assist in testing and refining visibility rules, filters, or algorithms to improve user experience and seller fairness.
