What will you do:

1. Own Category Leadership
   • Develop and execute strategies to establish Taager as the market leader in your categories.
   • Identify whitespace opportunities through competitor benchmarking and trend forecasting.
2. Data-Driven Product Curation
   • Build a high-performing SKU portfolio using sales analytics, conversion rates, and merchant feedback.
   • Partner with suppliers to secure exclusive or first-to-market products.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   • Align with Marketing to launch category-specific campaigns and promotions.
   • Work with Operations to optimize pricing, inventory turnover, and fulfillment efficiency.
4. Innovate & Scale
   • Pilot new initiatives (e.g., bundling, seasonal drops) to boost category performance.
   • Mentor junior team members to elevate Taager’s category management excellence
     
     

What will make you Successful:

• Proven Track Record: 3-5 years in e-commerce/retail, with experience scaling categories or product lines.
• Analytical Edge: Advanced Excel/SQL; adept at translating data into actionable strategies.
• Market Instincts: Passion for consumer trends and a knack for predicting winning products.
• Leadership DNA: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in hyper-growth.
• Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
