Job Summary
We’re seeking an analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Partner to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns targeting the Iraq market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic media buying, creative testing, and data-led optimizations across key social and search platforms.
What will you do:
- Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Develop, test, and iterate engaging ad creatives tailored to the Iraqi audience.
- Build and optimize landing pages using platforms like Easy Orders, Lightfunnel, YouCan, etc.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on ROI and profitability.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for scale while maintaining target profitability metrics.
- Implement and manage tracking through Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity in Iraq.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high-performing marketing assets.
What will make you Successful:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying.
- Proven success managing paid campaigns specifically in the Iraq market.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising.
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages (Easy Orders, Lightfunnel, YouCan, etc.).
- Solid understanding of campaign profitability, ROAS, and ROI analysis.
- Proficiency with tracking and analytics tools: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in e-commerce or social commerce.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools for ad creatives.
