Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Talent Acquisition professional to lead and execute recruiting strategies for specialized and leadership roles. The focus will be on passive candidate sourcing, building strong talent pipelines, elevating the employer brand, and streamlining the end‑to‑end hiring process to attract and secure top‑tier candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for key and senior roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach, talent mapping, and market research.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines aligned with business needs and future growth plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to refine role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high‑caliber talent through digital and offline channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding prospects throughout the process, managing feedback, and closing offers effectively.
- Track and analyses recruiting metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) to improve effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters where relevant to strengthen the team’s talent acquisition capabilities.
Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting with a proven track record of hiring for specialized and leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and modern recruitment practices.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and influence hiring decisions.
