Position Summary
As a Tele-Sales Agent at Taager, you will play a vital role in driving sales and generating revenue through outbound calls. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and fit with our target market.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the value of our products or services.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and pipeline management.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tele-sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian market and customer landscape.
