Role Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the strategic owner of a key product domain, responsible for defining and executing a vision that delivers significant user value and drives measurable business growth. You will lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, translating market insights and user needs into a compelling, data-informed product strategy. This role requires a leader who can influence stakeholders, mentor others, and shape the future of our products.
What will you do:
- Own the Strategy: Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for your domain, aligning it with the company's overarching business objectives. Own the product roadmap and its evolution based on performance, market shifts, and strategic goals.
- Lead with Insight: Synthesize complex data from user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify high-impact opportunities and make decisive, evidence-based strategic decisions.
- Drive Execution & Delivery: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing) through the entire product lifecycle. Break down strategic initiatives into clear, actionable plans, manage dependencies, and ensure successful, high-quality launches.
- Champion the User & Business: Serve as the primary advocate for both user needs and business outcomes. Define and monitor key success metrics (OKRs), rigorously analyzing product performance to iterate and optimize for maximum impact.
- Master Your Domain: Develop deep, authoritative expertise in your product area, the competitive landscape, and underlying technologies to anticipate trends and guide strategic investments.
- Influence Stakeholders: Articulate and evangelize the product strategy to executives and stakeholders across the company, building consensus and securing buy-in for your vision and roadmap.
What will make you successful:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex, user-centric products.
- Demonstrated expertise in owning a product strategy and roadmap, from conception through post-launch analysis and iteration.
- Strong analytical prowess with extensive experience leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to guide product strategy and measure success.
- Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with experience galvanizing cross-functional teams without direct authority and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity, making critical prioritization decisions, and driving focus in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
