We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personnel Lead to manage the human resource aspects of our critical Telesales and Confirmation teams.

The Role
The Personnel Lead will be responsible for overseeing all HR and people-related functions for our high-performing Telesales and Confirmation teams. This includes recruitment, onboarding, facilitating performance management, facilitating training and development, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of what drives high performance in sales and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure all HR documentation and employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Manage the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Execute strategies to boost employee morale, job satisfaction, and retention within the Telesales and Confirmation teams.
- Support the HR Partner in escalating as the main point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Organize team-building activities and events to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, such as the upcoming team engagement event on Date, and make sure to reserve a calendar spot for the planning meeting Calendar event.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment and effective communication channels between management and employees.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and all related social insurance regulations.
- Maintain strong, professional working relationships with the Social Insurance Authority and the Labor Office, ensuring timely and accurate submission of required documents and compliance with all governmental mandates.
- Oversee and manage the employment contract process, social insurance registration, and all labor-related documentation for new hires and existing staff.
Reporting line
The Incumbent will be reporting directly to the Personnel manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5:7 of years of experience in an HR or Personnel management role, with significant experience supporting high-volume, performance-driven teams like sales or operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge and proven practice of Egyptian labor law.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment cycles efficiently.
