Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Commercial team and provide actionable insights that drive performance across pricing, promotions, product launches, and revenue planning.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial plans translate into measurable results and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for pricing, promotions, product performance, and revenue planning
- Monitor execution of commercial plans and flag performance gaps
- Analyze performance of product launches, marketing campaigns, and pricing initiatives
- Support monthly and quarterly revenue planning cycles
- Improve forecasting accuracy by aligning planned vs. actual performance
- Collaborate with Category Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams
- Support business case development for new initiatives and partnerships
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and tools
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in performance analysis, commercial analysis, or business analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
- Understanding of commercial KPIs and forecasting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail
