About the Role

As the Supply Chain Planning Lead at Taager, you will be responsible for leading regional inventory and demand planning. You will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE, ensuring alignment between demand and supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead the monthly regional S&OP cycle
• Align Commercial, Growth, and Logistics teams on demand and supply planning
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain planners
• Develop forecasting models considering seasonality, marketing trends, and expansion plans
• Define safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead-time strategies across fulfillment centers
• Partner with Commercial teams on product launches and campaigns
• Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to align capacity with inbound planning
• Leverage tools such as Oracle, Snowflake, and Metabase to support planning
• Monitor supplier performance and inbound reliability
• Mitigate supply chain risks

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP
• At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
• Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems
• Experience with SQL, Python, or planning tools is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
