Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven Business Developer & Acquisition Team Lead to lead our merchant acquisition efforts, grow our seller base, and manage a team focused on onboarding high-quality merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and onboard new merchants.
  • Supervise and guide the acquisition and recruiter team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Track lead performance, analyze data, and share weekly reports on progress.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activated merchants.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or acquisition roles.
  • Previous experience managing or leading a team.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or startups is a plus.
